Anacortes and San Juan Islands

Anacortes is the gateway to Washington’s San Juan Islands, a landscape of forested islands, narrow channels, ferries, harbors, and open water stretching across the Salish Sea. This collection includes photographs of Anacortes, Orcas Island, Lopez Island, Shaw Island, Friday Harbor, Spieden Island, Deception Pass, and many of the smaller islands in between. Much of this work was photographed from the air, revealing the shape and scale of the archipelago in a way that is difficult to see from the ground. The collection also includes ferry routes, waterfront scenes, sunsets, Mount Baker views, and quieter details from around the islands. Fine-art prints are available in a variety of sizes and finishes. If you are looking for a particular island, ferry route, harbor, or San Juan Islands view that you don’t see here, please ask.
